(OTCBB: TLPE), a telecom reseller offering specialized communication products and services, announced that Telizon, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company, has signed an agreement to provide customer repair management and support to a Canadian leading telecommunications provider.
To provide the services under the agreement Telizon will utilize its proprietary operating support systems, highly developed and integrated processes and skilled customer care capabilities. This will allow Telizon to interface with the underlying service providers in providing Tier One customer repair management for its latest third-party white label customer.
