Visualant Announces Their First Commercial License
Visualant, Inc. (OTCBB: VSUL), a color technology company which provides multi-dimensional spectral-based pattern file creation diagnostic and security solutions, today announced the execution of its first commercial licensing agreement with RatLab LLC of Seattle, WA.
Ron Erickson, Chairman of Visualant, Inc., stated that the license, which covers discrete fields of use, provides Visualant with an equity participation in a to be formed RatLab LLC affiliate and a market rate royalty. The fields of use include medical diagnostics, agricultural, environmental applications and gemology.
Dr. Tom Furness, RatLab LLC founder and manager said, “Our first focus will be medical diagnostics. The Visualant technology provides a means for non-invasive diagnostics of the human condition. We believe color, at the photon level, is nature’s ultimate identifier.”
